Hey Guys and Gals
Look at what I found on EBay. Who wants a piece of history? Or not!

Ok! OK! It sold for under $200. Did anyone on this forum pick it up?

A little piece of history for sure. Would like to see in it. Probably some embedded linux board with i/o...
Heck, it may have been better than the production model.

Outside of sometimes needing to clean internal cable connections, people seem to really like their DL32Rs.

Wynnd that's called poor engineering since they've had this problem for generations dating back to the analog 1604. Why does no one else have this issue?

Actually, the ribbon cable issues started with the 8 Bus boards. That would include the 24.8 and the 32.8 recording boards as well as the SR40.8 and SR52.8 live boards. The original CR1604 was pretty solid. When they came out with the first 1604VLZ series is when the problems began for the 16 channel boards.
