Couple of PA jobs next week then that's it 'till after the festivities (unless a last minute gig pops up). Will do a couple of open mics to drum up some playing gigs with the band.

Cheapest place for a Mackie DL806 BTW, seems to be Gear4music in York at £449 for the 30pin version ATM but the Lightning connector ones are more expensive.

It looks cheap I guess to guys who work in pounds but when you factor in the euros and the bracket and plastic tray and the optional dock gizmo, it all adds up.

But I am hoping that a price drop or black Monday events kicks a cheaper option up.
