Title: New user having audio problems

Hi all. Just bought the DL1608 and loving it. I'm using an Airport Express with Djay 2 over Airplay. I've run the audio from the Airport Express into Ch 1 (panned left) and Ch 2 (panned right) Only thing is I loose most of the bass and kick drum etc. I can solve this by boosting the lower frequencies in the DL eq, but strangely, I have turn one of the polarity buttons on or the the bass just disappears again. If I turn both polarity switches on, the bass disappears again. Just one on does the trick and it doesn't seem to matter which one. I would really like to understand this and am asking if someone can guide me as to the correct set up for Airplay music from the Airport Express. TIA.

Wrong cable for sure. I use a Hosa CMP-153 into channels 15 and 16:

Ok thanks. Pity all 16 inputs weren't combo. I really wanted to use 1 and 2. Sounds good now.
