Have you tried it on the iPad, patched into the DL1608?

I don't think an iPad has enough umph to power Altiverb, even if it did, how would the Altiverb plugin be hosted?

If I absolutley had to have Altiverb for a live gig, I would bring my Mac laptop which has Digital Performer, and I would use sends and returns to the DL32R so I could have Altiverb live.

I would be in Heaven :)

For iPad it is Altispace and it works like a charm , i run it from my iPhone 5 (in flightmode) via USB an a camera connector.
On the DL1608 i run it on my old iPhone 4 directly in the 30pin on the desk, saves me lugging one of my hardware reverbs
And it has convolutions of many of the great machines good presets

Hi guys

Maybe the answer to this issue of fx and horsepower is a spare engine and fx processor built in to a usb stick that you can plug in to the USB port on the mixer?

Kev :)
