Title: Missing channel icons in Master Fader 4.6.1?

Setting up for a band this weekend, I couldn't find some icons I thought used to be included in Master Fader. Specifically microphone icons - like a handheld mic, boom mic and a podium mic. Have the icons changed in the last year with Master Fader updates? My memory's not as good as it used to be so I could be wrong!

FWIW here's the icons I do see:

Kick, Snare, Tom,
Hi hat, Cymbals, Drums,
Cowbell, Bass, Elec,
Elec, Elec, Elec,
Acc, Double Bass, Cello,
Violin, Trumpet, Grand Piano,
Organ, Synth, Drumpad,
Female, Male, People Group,
iPhone, Gate, Compressor,
EQ, Mail slot?, Clock,
FOH speakers, Wedge speaker.

I don't recall seeing those mic icons you mention in Master Fader, but it's possible they are in EQ presets maybe?
