Title: Pros and cons of using a headset microphone with harmonica

I am a drummer in a band and will occasionally do back up vocals and harmonica.  I would like to get away from a mic stand as it gets smacked occasionally.  Any thoughts on using a wireless headset for both vocals and harmonica?
