Title: DL1608 not charging iPad

Sorry for all the questions, newbie here. My DL (brand new) is not charging my iPad when docked, Mackie tech support ignoring me. I’ve done a search on here but can’t find much. Any ideas? iPad iOS is fully updated, iPad charges fine if Standard charger, tried a hard reset on the DL and the iPad. Even tried my iPhone in the doc, doesn’t charge that either.

Stop all Apps, put the iPad in Airplane mode. If it doesn't charge send the DL back. Make sure that the cable to the paddle board of the Lightning connector is connected.

Also check the charging icon.  Does it show the lightning bolt over the battery indicator?  If so, it's trying but may not have sufficient current.  I have that problem if my brightness is at full.  Dimming the display fixes that for me.
