Just like Wynnd updating my older iPad2 too! Gonna find out soon I hope. Also see of my iPhone 4S is faster too?

Later on the same day (big announcer's voice):

iPhone 4S: not much difference. Start up sequence is a bit faster though

iPod Touch 5th Gen: Haven't updated yet, but should be just fine.

iPad Too's: not much, but maybe a hint faster.

MF 2.X just the same
MF 3.X not as much lag. Modern EQ awful still. But don't use it, so okey dokey!  ;)     Like I mentioned under the MF 3.X post, I might just consider using it now. Keeping 2.X as a backup.

From the upgrade, no.  I did notice a solid improvement after shutting off Multitasking Gestures.  Someone else should do that also to verify it's not just my faulty perception.

Just tried turning multitasking gestures off on the ipad3, still lamentably slow I'm afraid.

Yup, same here for my aging iPad 2.  :(
