CR1604 VLZ - AUX Sends for 4 monitor channels

I picked up a CR1604VLZ hoping to get 4 stage monitor mixes out of it - I guess I got confused when I was researching this unit

How do I get AUX 3/4 to work just like AUX 1/2??

I have 4 channels of stage monitors and right now I can only get 1/2 to send a signal to the stage.

There is a fairly involved hardware mod for that. I've been meaning to mod mine so I'll have 3 monitor (pre-fader) sends but retaining one of the FX (post-fader) sends. But - I've since moved on to a DL1608 ...
