DL 1608 Lightning Dock Upgrade Problems (Bass)?
« on: January 20, 2020, 08:11:21 PM »
Hey Folks!

I recently bought the Mackie Lightning Adapter so I could upgrade my iPad since I was starting to experience some issues with my old one.  Everything went smoothly with the installation, the new iPad connected flawlessly and updated the shows in the new iPad, but when I run my system, it seems like I've lost a LOT of low end.  I use the full Bose FOH system, and I used to just set the volume on each speaker (subs and highs) at 50% which is Bose's recommendation.  Since the conversion, I have to run the subs at 100% and roll back the highs to get a relatively similar mix and it still seems to be lacking punch.  I liked having the overhead to adjust if speaker levels if necessary.  Has anyone experienced this before, and if so, what is the remedy?
