Correct, like a 2032 battery. I’m not sure this has one but I’ll look again Monday when I’m back near it.

It will need to be sent in for repairs. I didn’t see a battery either but I did snap some more pictures for you.

Thanks Trshot. From what I can tell the 3rd pic shows the WiFi module, the one with the brown antenna wire. I can't tell if the module is soldered in or in a socket and it's also hard to see how the antenna wire is connected hopefully with a tiny coax connector. Those are the likely problems. The fact that there is no battery also leads me to believe that the factory settings are now in flash memory instead of ram. This would require a factory or repair center equipment to reset. They have a terminal connector in the DL1608 that would allow access to the OS, probably the same with the DL16S. It was worth a try.

The antenna board is soldered to the main board. There looks to be a diagnostic connection point on the board as well.  You can get a better look at the antenna wire here as well.
