DL1608 Losing wifi connection

When I remove my iPad Air 2 from the DL1608 it loses the wifi connection. I have tried my Apple Airport Express and Linksys EA3500 routers. Does anyone have any suggestions? Master Fader 5.2 and IOS is 14.4.1.
