How to nuke the ads on HC 2.0

I installed the AdBlocker extension for Chrome (the web browser I use) and HC is now somewhat less sucky ;).

Adblocker needs these five filters added:

AdBlocker is also available for FireFox - dunno about Internet Explorer?
