sorry I'm late. I signed up on the weekend, but then life kept me away from the computer for a while LOL
I do not, for one, think that the problem was that the band was down. I think that the problem *may* have been, that there was a Stonehenge monument on the stage that was in danger of being *crushed* by a *dwarf*.

Don't you guys have somebody to bash on or something? :thu:
I loved the humor and wit as well as some of the real honest opinions that were over on that "other" site.
I've been blessed with a band that seems to get along pretty well and generally is always headed in the same direction as far as new tunes and internal politics go.
No drama.

feels kinda like the first hour of a grade 9 high school dance... we got boys and we got girls and there's some songs going but nobody's dancing yet lol

Regular reader of BWTB, occasional poster checking in.  I'm not one to bitch, but I did vote with my feet.

Visually, where HC is currently is so off the mark, it has to be a conscious decision.  Defaults for the bulletin board package aren't that bad.  Which makes me less encouraged that it'll get fixed.

BWTB is the one place on HC that I would visit regularly, since it was the only forum that I found that dealt with the working musician.  And, today, of all days, my band blew up...

BWTB was my fave forum there - it was the one that got me to join in the first place. Places like TGP or Rig Talk and such are all gear gear gear, and the Open Jam forum talks about pretty much everthing BUT music. No place seems to be a good place for sharing info between gigging musicians talking about the life and it's challenges and triumphs.

EDIT: I checked out the Music Players "Bandwidth" forum, going to register there and check it out to see if the convos and info is up to BWTB standards - but eeesh even HC 2.0 looks better to my eyes and is easier to read to me than that forum LOL.

I turned the AdBlocker on per your suggestion (Thanks!)... since I was already using Chrome. Much better. I've never posted all of my gear in my signature before... I always felt it was a little egotistical (no offense Rory)... but for some reason I now have an urge to do so to maybe spark some discussions about different gear. Thoughts?

As a general rule I've found that less gear and more practice is the key to sounding good :P.
