Lost delay FX with v 1.4 install

Any help here?
I installed Master Fader v1.4 to the iPad and the requested firmware update to the DL1608 and my delay fx stopped working.  Not one send from any channel shows a level.  I un-installed  the app and re-installed: no change.  I forced a firmware update: no change.

Any suggestions?

Try this but substitute "DLY" for "REV" and "delay" for "reverb" :
