New line of outlet boxes coming from ESC
« on: May 25, 2010, 01:48:31 AM »
We are about to ramp up production on molded rubber electrical distribution boxes.  You'll be able to purchase the boxes empty and wire them yourselves or we will load them to your specifications.

Email me for pricing or with questions.
Thanks,

Nice! :)

Is that third one a powercon in and out?

Good eye.  Yes, any of them can be fitted with powercons.  Boxes can also have powercon panels with edison ins and outs.  These  portable rubber outlet boxes made of tough, flexible, non-conductive, oil resistant molded rubber are almost indesctructable eliminating labor costs and hazards commonly associated with metal or plastic boxes.

I'd like to see this built into a rubber box like those:

Then you could use some of those powercon I/O duplex boxes as stringers off it :).

We can do that.  Make a simple drawing of what you want and email it to me.  I'll be happy to work up a quote.

I've already made custom rack mount power distros using powercons.

I'm mostly curious as to what you might put together as stock items. What would that duplex with the powercon I/O go for? Any plans on a quad box version of it as a stock item?

All of the offerings are custom built, but the pricing will astound you.  :)

I doubt it.  I don't have government surplus 12/3.  I also don't like yellow boxes on stage.

Good points, those yellow boxes do stand out in a bad way :(. Can you supply 12/3 SO for about what one could get it for at Lowes or Home Depot for those of us that don't have sweetheart deals with the local electrical supply house?

I'd actually prefer 25' quad boxes - how much can you sell those for assembled?

I'm gonna get in trouble one of these days for using cheap Walmart orange SJ cords outdoors :(.

I haven't ever bought 12/3 at HD or Lowes, what do they charge/ft?
