radio interviews

I have a gentner  DH20 and a mackie 1620 onyx....I need to hook up the gentner to do telephone interviews for radio, I have a studio mic hooked up as well as my recording gear....it's hooking up the gentner that has me fouled up....please please any help would be gratefully accepted......
