Firmware update

I posted this under the update topic, not sure if that was right

I installed 4.6.1 today and expected to be prompted for a firmware update but I was not. Is there a way to check if a firmware update is needed? How do I tell whet firmware I have?

I updated to 4.6.1  on my iPad Pro and that's all what was needed I use the DL32 r and as soon as I Wi-Fi connected  the IPad to the DL32  there was no firmware up date just updated Master fader on the iPad
It says on my IPad Mackie Master Fader version 4.6.1 on the device controller screen opened by the cog shaped icon top right on Mater Fader
  not sure if this helps...
