Two linked mackie freeplay lives are stereo?
« on: September 20, 2020, 09:56:17 PM »
If I Bluetooth link two freeplay lives and then play a stereo audio spurce via Bluetooth, will it be in true stereo? As in left side of audio going into one speaker and right going into another?

Welcome to the forum Sandbl. The short answer is yes, Bluetooth is a stereo channel over 2.4 GHz. You can download and try out the Mackie Freeplay Connect app for either iPad/iPhone or the Android versions. I have used the older "Live" version and the ThumpBST but only in single device mode. I'm sure Mackie's dual mode also works. Here  is the llnk to the Connect manual:  https://mackie.com/sites/default/files/PRODUCT RESOURCES/MANUALS/Owners_Manuals/FreePlay_Connect_RG.pdf
