There are a couple of "bugs" in running My Fader on the iPad. The first time you start it up it will be black for several seconds, then it will come up but be totally non-responsive. You can "kickstart" it by hitting the "2x" button which you will want to do anyways. If you ever stop it, it will come up in "2x" mode but again be totally unresponsive - just hit the "1x" button, then the "2x" button again. I do find it useful on my iPad mini as Master Fader is a bit small on it - I can always switch back to My Fader if I need the increased functionality.
