MR5 MK2 Studio Monitor Speaker Removal

I have a MR5 Studio Monitor, with a bad Speaker, the small tweeter works Perfect....how can I remove and replace speaker, I've taken the back amp off, but I am not sure if the speaker is removed from the front or back? thank you//Victor
