Yes there is a need if nothing else to get away from the Joe Sanborns and his sidekick Michael "stay in touch" employees.

Yah, them guys kinda make yah wanna punch someone LOL. I did finally get one to escalate my product registration complaint after having to get increasingly snarky at their meaningless platitudes. They should just put in their sigs "Behringer - we're sorry we suck" LOL.
