Hi all,
I am a proud owner of an Onyx 1640i, and have been for years. It's served my band well. Now, in an effort to streamline our setup/breakdown time, I'm on a quest, and I don't even know if the thing I want exists. So hence my query.
Id like to find a rack case, on casters, that would allow me to have the Onyx "on top", with control surface exposed. In the racks below, I want to have all my monitor distribution gear. We're switching over to something like a Behringer personal monitor mixing system, and some will use powered wedges, others IEM. Also want to rack my 16 track digital recorder.
The idea is, to have all these components pre-wired in the rack so that we can roll the case into the gig, take off the panels, and simply connect cables to the powered mains and monitor wedges, hook up our inputs, and be ready to mix on the Mackie.
Therefore, I'm basically looking for some kind of rack case that meets all these criteria.
Any suggestions? Or ideas to accomplish the same goal via a different route?
Thanks
