Buried in the back of the Reference Guide is a list of bug fixes for V5.0.1 but no release is on the Google Play store, what gives? Is V5.0 the same as 5.0.1?

Is the Mackie V5.0 manual cleaned up at this point? What seemed to be the biggest problem with it?

New update schedule for various releases.
Master Fader 5.0.2
This update will be ready for DL16S and DL32S customers in March. This includes Android small tablet compatibility and additional bug fixes.
Master Fader 5.1 Beta Program will begin in April. Program details coming soon.
Master Fader 5.1
This will be ready for DL16S, DL32S, DL806, DL1608, DL32R and DL Dante Card customers in July. This includes iOS, Android, macOS & Windows compatibility and import/export functionality.
Master Fader 5.2
This will be ready in Q3 for DC16 customers. This includes iOS, Android, macOS & Windows compatibility and Master Fader Follow Mode.
I hope they can keep this schedule and it's certainly not "early 2019". 
My prediction on the above dates is to add two months to be realistic  . My DL1608 is going back in the box for another six to eight months    .

When using Master Fader 5.0.1 there is now an “updated” reference guide supplied rather than a copy of Version 4.5. However, it does not speak the truth to the actual software, especially on the matter of importing and exporting Shows.

The Reference Guide speaks about using the Settings/System Backup to gain access to the process of “Import/Export” but the only option available is a total system reset. Does anyone know how to import a Show in MF5 or must we wait for another software update?

March 28 2019 and Mackie makes another scheduled event, the release of 5.0.2.

Well I thought that its supposed to be Master Fader Beta program so why do you list it under DL16/32S/DL1608/DL32R  info not Master Fader Mackie? Marketing must be a mess by now. No updates on their Web Site on many fronts, no marketing Dineros? Not a good sign.

Received Beta download info and ridiculous conditions (NDA). I terminated any further involvement with it. Not to worry there's  a fool born every minute. and Mackie's counting on it.

Here we are in August and no clue about the "July" delivery of Mac, PC or any updates for the iPad or Android. Anyone here have a clue on delivery or will my two month delay estimate stand? Leaving Manchester UK tomorrow

My guess and it is only a guess, is probably in 30 to 60 days.  We are all waiting for MF 5.1

Well its midnight and gone is any hope of meeting my 2 month late release of MF 5.1. Maybe Mackie didn't want to steal Apples thunder with all their new products  . Maybe we'll see the "Trick or Treat"  version of MF 5.1 from Mackie. Mackie could also wait for November, their traditional release month of new software or then again we may have to wait for Christmas.  Place your bets now or buy a Lottery ticket.

Sigh....  I'm waiting patiently.   I've held out hope I could leave this apple stuff behind because I'm sick of the issues with the little things that should just work. 
Not to mention expensive repairs and outright purchase price.
The ONLY thing I use iPads for is as a control surface for the Mackie.
