Ban commercial passenger aviation
« on: April 14, 2010, 06:55:06 PM »
I've "Just Say No"d the airlines. It was only a day and a half drive down to Wally World from here and I didn't have to deal with the airport parking, delays, Gestapo and food. No worries about the guys sitting next to me wanting to kill me, didn't have to rent a car and could put anything I damn well pleased in my luggage 8). With teleconferencing why does anyone fly anymore ?

There was once a time when I enjoyed flying, actually looked forward to it. Now, I dread it. Hell, I remember when you could go to the airport to people watch or see your friends/family off as they boarded the gate. I miss those days.
