My whole reason for bringing up someone one crowd is that they like to go up to someone in the band and tell them ti change something. Usually not the sound guy. Next thing you know is that the guy in the band is whipping out his iPhone to adjust the mix. Regardless if that person is right or wrong, the random non sound guy in the band doesn't need to be messing with the mix.

I have done a lot of testing and the myfader app does seem to keep its lockout settings. It did reset once on me when I first started using it l, but I cannot seem to repeat what had happened. I even closed the program and power cycled the phone and it is still restricted. I guess the only way is to uninstall and reinstall as RR said. But I am not planning on doing this.
