It's a sad reflection on the world today that 152 people seem to have viewed this thread and not one of them has thanked RoadRanger for his time and effort running this once vibrant forum. At least my DLs are still going strong.

I'm afraid that's how the world works.    I ran a BBS for 20+ years, nobody cared when it went away.   I ran forums for years and IRC chat channels - nobody really cared when they went away (actually, the IRC server is still up since 1998 or so?)...

I don't think MOST people are like you an I, where they get attached to something. They just move on =)

*I* appreciate the site. Always have....   And of course, the admin who provided it and kept it going.

I have to move my domains to another provider in about a week. I'm not sure if I can migrate these forums there. Is there any reason I should try?

I'm sorry to see them go...  A good bit of history here - with lots of help for those who might still be using these mixers.   Amazingly enough, they seem to still be out there and people buying them.
I am still using two of the DL32R because I cannot find anything else that has all the features....

I'll miss it when it's gone. Am I the only one? Thanks for keeping it going all this time.

DL1608/DL806/DL32R/ProDX Mixers / Dante card required?
« Last post by Drumrolls on April 25, 2024, 05:37:39 AM »
Am I correct in thinking that to use a DC16 with a DL32R with the cat5 cable the DL32R needs a Dante card?

I am thinking about a DC16 in part to eliminate connectivity issues…. But sourcing a DC16 and. Dante card at this point in time and on this side of the world may be a challenge… Thanks for your time

Just saw this over at the LiveAudioBoard.

I'm still using DL32Rs in two venues and in my own rig, and DL16S, and hope to continue.

DL1608/DL806/DL32R/ProDX Mixers / Weak USB Signal on 32s
« Last post by mikkew on October 24, 2023, 03:28:27 PM »
Dear Team, I'm writing from Cologne Germany. Problem, recording with USB. I'm using Logic proX or Garage Band an I receive a very low signal from the DL32s. If I use a other USB Audio capture devise, such us cakewalk, overthink is fine and working well. I checked in the Masterfader app, 5.2.1 all Routing Grids, reset to standard, the same problem. In addition I shecked another Input ports. All 32 ports with the same result. Very weak signal. Could you please give me a hint and search field. Thanks Juergen
